Many expressed frustration, stating that securing their timely wages often requires them to submit memorandums and issue strike warnings almost every month, only to receive temporary assurances from the administration.

Allegations of PF, ESI Irregularities and Job Threats

Protesting workers also raised serious accusations concerning their Provident Fund (PF) contributions, claiming these haven't been deposited for the last eight months. Furthermore, they pointed out ongoing discrepancies in their Employees' State Insurance (ESI) accounts.

Adding to their woes, staff members alleged that demanding their rightful salaries has led to threats of job termination and the implementation of new contracts.

Demands for Immediate Action and Permanent Solutions

The agitated employees have collectively called upon the administration to immediately release their outstanding salaries, provide a transparent account of their PF and ESI contributions, and implement a permanent solution to these recurring issues.
