President's Unilateral Decisions Challenged

The committee deliberated on reports that the President had, at his personal discretion, closed the Mahasabha's bank account and locked the Sansthan's office without prior consultation or consent from the executive body.

During the meeting, the executive committee collectively moved to nullify any personal letter or order issued by the President for a meeting without the committee's explicit agreement. It was firmly established that any future orders or directives from the President would not be considered valid unless they carry the prior consent of the executive committee.

New General Assembly Set for August 30, 2026

The executive committee also addressed the scheduling of upcoming community events. A previously announced general assembly by the President for August 20, 2026, was officially cancelled and refuted by the committee.

Instead, a new proposal was unanimously passed to hold a grand general assembly starting on August 30, 2026. This significant event will take place at the Baba Ramdev Temple, Mahasabha office, in Pushkar. The agenda for this assembly is comprehensive, including the presentation of the audit report from the previous executive committee and extensive discussions aimed at the social upliftment, development, and resolution of various community issues.

Among those present were Advocate Devendra Prakash Suwal (Treasurer), Tenaram Kadena, Mishrilal Barmaniya, Mahaveer Meghvanshi, Heerajal Katorya, Shankarlal Dhaparwal, Rampin Khichi, Hariprasad Verma, Ratan Ji Laxman Jodhavat, Makhan Doraya, Mandalal Mehra, and Prahlad Mervashi Girdhari, alongside other esteemed community brethren and executive committee members.
