Christopher Nolan arrived in Mumbai on Saturday for the Indian premiere of his upcoming film The Odyssey. He was joined by actors Tom Holland and Matt Damon, who attended the special screening alongside the filmmaker. Before heading to the premiere, the trio made a stop at a local café for a cup of tea. Universal Pictures India shared photos from the outing on social media with the caption: "A quick tea break before The Odyssey premieres in Mumbai. A big night awaits—but first, chai!" Social media users gave many reactions to the pictures. Someone wrote, 'Tea break before the red carpet.' One user wrote, 'Even after making the biggest film of the decade, simplicity remains.' Many Bollywood celebrities, along with the film's cast and makers, attended the premiere of the film 'The Odyssey' held in Mumbai. Speaking at the event, Christopher Nolan said he had originally planned to premiere Tenet in India because parts of the film were shot in Mumbai. Those plans were shelved due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He added that bringing The Odyssey to India now makes the moment even more special.
