Salman Khan has sold one of his apartments in Shiv-Asthan Heights, located in Bandra West, Mumbai, for ₹3.50 crore. According to property registration documents, he had purchased this apartment in 2015 for ₹2.88 crore. According to a report by Hindustan Times, the deal took place on 9 July. The apartment was jointly purchased by Munira Akbarali Dandawala, Mahdiyali Akbarali Dandawala, and Zehra Mahdiyali Dandawala. A stamp duty of ₹21 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 were paid on this transaction. However, no official statement has been issued by Salman. According to the documents, the apartment has a carpet area of 758 sq ft and also includes two car parking spaces. Based on this transaction, the price was approximately ₹46,000 per sq ft of carpet area. The total construction area will be 1,014.11 square mete₹. A 6.01-meter-wide access road will also be built from the municipal road to the building. The documents also state that no new trees will be cut for construction, nor will any trees be transplanted. Instead, indigenous trees will be planted around the project site and recreation area.
