Comedian Kiku Sharda has revealed several behind-the-scenes secrets about The Kapil Sharma Show. Speaking on Prakhar Gupta's podcast, he said that nearly 70% of the show is scripted, while the remaining 30% is based on spontaneous improvisation by the cast. He also shared that celebrity guests are not informed about the jokes or punchlines beforehand, allowing their reactions on camera to remain natural. Kiku further spoke about how Kapil Sharma handles moments when a joke doesn't work as expected and recalled his experience of working with producer Salman Khan, saying his mood is difficult to predict.
