Actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has appealed to Hrithik Roshan to speak out against people who continue to troll her using his name. She urged him not to add fuel to the controversy and said public figures should avoid encouraging such narratives. The remark came after the phrase "The World Owes An Apology To Hrithik Roshan" began trending on social media. The trend gained momentum after Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) spokesperson Saurav Das, during a conversation with journalist Barkha Dutt, said, "My friends were messaging me asking why she is after you now? One of them even said that I look somewhat like a young Hrithik Roshan." Amidst this trend, many social media users trolled Kangana Ranaut. Reacting to a post, Hrithik Roshan had said, My friend, taking sides with 'A' just because you no longer like 'B' is a small part of a larger systemic problem that harms our society. I will wait until the context behind it is correct and it is driven by facts. That would be right, but then again, who cares now, right? Kangana Ranaut targets Hrithik Roshan After Hrithik's reaction, Kangana Ranaut wrote on her Instagram story, 'Dear Hrithik, I am happy that you have found your perfect partner. Your pairing with Saba Azad looks great and you both are in a serious relationship.' Kangana further said that it does not suit you to tease or make fun of a woman in this way. Instead, you should condemn those who are harassing and bullying me using your name. At the end of her post, Kangana wrote, 'Please stop behaving like you're adding fuel to the fire and don't embarrass your partner like this either. I hope you will act wisely and stop making such inappropriate comments.' It is noteworthy that the dispute between Kangana and Hrithik has been a topic of discussion for many years. Kangana had called Hrithik her 'silly ex' in an interview given to Pinkvilla. On the other hand, Hrithik publicly denied any relationship and sent a legal notice to the actress. The actor claimed that a fake email ID was created in his name to communicate with Kangana, while Kangana stated that Hrithik himself had provided her with that email ID.
