Kishangarh, Ajmer district, saw a severe hit-and-run incident unfold on Monday morning. A high-speed Thar vehicle reportedly collided with a motorcyclist near the Chetan Prabhu Guest House on Ajmer Road.
The impact was brutal, sending the biker flying several feet before landing hard on the road, sustaining serious injuries. Eyewitnesses described a horrifying scene.
Driver Flees, Leaving Victim for Dead
Following the collision, the Thar driver showed no signs of stopping. Instead, the vehicle sped away from the scene, leaving the severely injured motorcyclist struggling on the asphalt.
Adding insult to injury, the fleeing Thar reportedly ran over the fallen motorcycle again, leaving it badly damaged. The driver's escape was swift and callous.

Amidst the chaos, local resident Devraj Tank stepped forward with a commendable act of humanity. He immediately rushed the seriously injured elderly victim to a private hospital, where the biker is currently receiving treatment.
Tank's quick thinking ensured the victim received urgent medical attention, potentially saving a life.
CCTV Footage Key to Investigation
The entire sequence of events, from the collision to the Thar driver's escape, was captured on a nearby shop's CCTV camera. This crucial footage clearly shows the accident and the driver's subsequent flight.
Upon receiving information, Madanganj Police arrived at the scene. They have inspected the accident site and taken possession of the CCTV footage. Police officials state they are actively searching for the absconding driver and assure that once identified, strict legal action will be taken.
