Political Tensions Rise Over Haldwani Event

A recent event featuring All India Congress Committee President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, has ignited a fresh political controversy. Following Kharge's program, reports emerged that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers undertook a 'purification' of the event stage, reportedly using Gangaajal.

Pushkar Witnesses Silent Protest

In response to the Haldwani incident, a 'Satyagraha Silent March' was organized today in Pushkar. The protest march was initiated under the direct instructions of PCC President Govind Singh Dotasra, aiming to voice the party's strong disapproval of the BJP's actions.

The march saw significant participation and was led by PCC Vice President Smt. Naseem Akhtar Insaf. Demonstrators gathered at the Block Congress Committee Pushkar office, commencing their peaceful procession towards Ambedkar Chowk.

March Concludes with Ramdhuni

The silent march proceeded calmly through Pushkar, attracting attention from local residents. Participants included a large number of workers and office bearers from both the Block Congress Committee Pushkar and the Nagar Congress Committee Pushkar, along with other party members present at the meeting.

The protest culminated at Ambedkar Chowk, where all the assembled workers peacefully concluded the march by collectively singing Ramdhuni, a devotional chant. This gesture underscored the non-violent and symbolic nature of their protest against the perceived political purification.
