Ajmer Home Burgled: Gold, Silver, Cash Stolen from Vacant Property
Ajmer, Rajasthan – Unknown thieves broke into a vacant residence in JP Nagar Sector-3, within the Alwar Gate police station area, making off with a significant haul of gold and silver ornaments, along with cash. The incident has prompted a police investigation.
The victim, Muskan Sharma, daughter of the late Radhakishan Sharma, who lives in JP Nagar Sector-3, Naka Madar, filed a complaint with local authorities. She reported that her family had left their home for an essential engagement on July 22, 2026.
During their absence, unidentified individuals gained entry into the house. Upon the family's return, they found their belongings ransacked and discovered the extensive theft.
The stolen items include:
- Two gold chains
- Two gold rings
- Earrings
- Silver coins
- A silver crown from the temple
- Other valuable personal items
- An undisclosed sum of cash
The Alwar Gate police station officially registered the case on July 25, 2026, based on Ms. Sharma's report. Assistant Sub-Inspector Kishandutt has been assigned to lead the ongoing investigation.
Authorities are actively scanning CCTV footage from the vicinity to identify any suspicious activity or individuals. Police are exploring multiple angles in their search for the unknown culprits responsible for this burglary.
