Medical Store Robbed in Ajmer's Adarsh Nagar

Ajmer’s Adarsh Nagar area witnessed a daring theft recently, as the India Medical Store, located opposite HDFC Bank, became the target of opportunistic thieves. The perpetrators managed to pry open the shop's shutter, gaining entry into the premises.

Once inside, the culprits quickly made their way to the cash counter. They reportedly stole approximately 10 to 15 thousand rupees in cash from the till. Before fleeing, the thieves also rummaged through other items in the shop, though it's unclear if anything else was taken.

The entire sequence of events, from forced entry to the theft itself, was meticulously recorded by the CCTV cameras installed within the medical store. This footage is now crucial evidence for the ongoing investigation.

The theft came to light when a resident living opposite the store noticed the shutter was unusually open early in the morning. This alert resident promptly informed Deepak Dagnani, the medical store owner, about the suspicious situation.

Upon reaching his shop, Dagnani confirmed the robbery and immediately alerted the Adarsh Nagar Police. Officers arrived at the scene to assess the situation and began reviewing the CCTV footage. They are now actively searching for the elusive thief captured on camera.
